PDF or Excel? Which version is right for me? Read carefully please.

PDF Versions
If you are not computer savvy with "spreadsheets" the PDF versions are for you. You can print our Planners on your computer and manually fill them out. We suggest using pencil, not ink, to allow for corrections and changes. If your computer already has the free Adobe Reader software installed, our PDF Planners load on your screen when you click the Download PDF link. If not, you may need to install Adobe Reader. It's a straightforward download and install. Once open in Reader, you can also save a copy of each PDF for use later.

MS Excel® Versions
Excel 2003 versions require MS Excel to be installed on your computer (or a compatible program such as the free OpenOffice). You need only basic data entry experience with Excel, you don't create "formulas." If you are using an Excel-compatible spreadsheet program you must save files to your computer, open the compatible spreadsheet program and load the saved files. Don't be disappointed if you cannot use Excel versions. Print and use the Adobe PDF Planners instead. They produce the same results. When you're done you will have organized the same info had you used the Excel versions. If you don't own MS Excel you can download OpenOffice free. It's a professional, free MS Office compatible program.
